Position: Account Intern (Female preferred)

Income: Hard salary 5 million + % from the project
Working time : Mon – Fri (8h30 – 18h), Sat (8h30 – 12h)
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Find out and update customer and partner information from sources provided by Malu as well as on Groups and Forums where customers need solutions.
- Consulting on communication plans/solutions in line with the client’s advertising strategy.
- Performing business operations: Quoting, negotiating, closing contracts & taking care of customers.
- Make periodic progress reports & work results to Account Manager.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* Skill:
- Communication skills (Vietnamese + English is preferred)
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills and know how to build and maintain relationships.
- Time management skills.
- Ability to read and evaluate design publications.
- Use basic office software: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, …
- Work management skills, teamwork.
* Knowledge:
- General knowledge of Brand / Marketing / Design.
* Attitude:
- Proactive spirit at work.
- Passion and desire for long-term development with the profession.
- Eager to learn, conscious of improving knowledge and experience.
- Work ethic with focus, responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Students of universities and colleges in Hanoi city (specializing in Management, Marketing, Journalism, Communication, …)
